We have been using Terminex for many years. Chris is awesome. The only reason I can't rate this business a 5 is because of the way the scheduling has changed. Chris always called and personally scheduled our service knowing we work many different days and hours and have a dog we need out of the way during service. He scheduled around our needs. The last 2 years I only receive an automated call that tells me when the technician is doing my service. Most of the time it doesn't work for our schedule. Sometimes customer service that is personal and not automated would save everyone frustration. Each time I need to call and cancel and reschedule. I find their system highly annoying. Sometimes when I receive the message it's too late to call and the service is the next day.
