Kyle was the most professional service technician I have had in some time. The only other person I have known to be a touch better, was EPM's technician Tom Moffett. I don't think he is there anymore, but he was the best. Going back to Kyle, he is always very professional, courteous, and timely. He goes above and beyond what is expected, and always makes sure there is nothing more that needs done before he leaves. They just don't make workers like Kyle anymore.
