Hard to say as this is the first We have heard about you taking over Responsible. As for the work
they did for us it was always great.The young man who looked after our house was very nice and knew his
stuff. He always left notes if he found problems when we were not home. Hope Daniel is still with the company.
As a note we are Canadian and only down South in the winter, however we do have a company looking after the
property and neigbors who check the house for us. They keep us informed as to how things are.
