I am very disappointed that Steve sold me lawn and termite treatment, but did not tell me there would be a year lag between when my termite bond from Massey and the bond from PestBear. I distinctly remember discussing the bond with him and he never mentioned the delayed coverage or the liquid termite option. He actually said, "Oh yeah, it will just transfer right from Massey over to us." VERY UPSETTING!!
