WE are happy with your service and your promptness,however we had another estimate from someone who has done a lot of work in this project,and we decided to use this person,your bid was reasonable however his was slightly lower and it seems most people here are using him. We appreciate Chris' bid and we are sorry we made the decision to go with someone who does a lot of work at Monarch Summit 2.
