The young man that contacted me was very considerate, professional, and showed that he genuinely cared about my concerns. I expressed how displeased I was after having spoken with customer service, and he assured me that I must have spoken with someone who was having a bad day. He apologized for the lack of professional courtesy extended to me last year.
