Prior to our last carpet cleaning service we had a bottle of liquid soap break and spill onto our wall to wall carpeting. Dave did a wonderful job of getting most of the soap out of the carpet and padding and even reminded us that we could see some residual staining return and if so he would come back and address that issue.
We did see the stain return and we rescheduled another appointment with Dave to remove the stain again which was done. The day before my wife accidently knocked over a latte which I cleaned up with a portable carpet extractor. Dave was nice enough to also clean up this small spot while he was here so now that spot is gone too.
