Angel called us about 30 minutes before he said he would arrive, and he was spot on. To the minute. He was friendly, incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and did it quickly and efficiently. He explained that he would need to return a second time- the date to be arranged- to complete the job, because he needed to bring a three story ladder and a colleague, to maintain ladder safety while he worked. He and Gavin returned early within the allotted time frame for the follow up, and completed the job.
Both he and Gavin are a credit to the company, and valuable assets. Kilter should be proud to have such hardworking, polite and diligent employees working for them.
