Bio-Tech came and treated our home this past Monday. Stephen, the tech assigned to this visit, showed up on time during the appointment window,and he did call 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very thorough inside, in the attic, outside and was very conscientious to explain to me about what he was doing and how to keep our dog out of the treated areas until the areas were dry.
