I had them come out about a year ago to service my AC unit, one of the ones from American Home Shield. The "fix" worked for less than a year and I had to have another company check the system. They installed the wrong size coil/duct components in my system and the patch they used, tape, came loose and I was blowing AC into my attic for an unknown amount of time. I noticed my bill was about double and the system was running constantly the last couple of months. You need to inspect what you expect with this company. I did not and am paying for it now.
