Lots of weeds! Been using Pest Bear/Lawn Bear for several years. Started out good, went bad, they re-sodded several areas and gave great service for a while. Now back to not controlling weeds. Service manager has been out twice in the last few months and makes promises but no results. Currently shopping for another provider.
