Thanks to your call the day before to advise me of the scheduled visit an give me time frame I was able to do my weekly marketing and get home before the serviceman arrived. I was in the middle of breakfast when he rand the bell. I didn't think to open the garage door for him so he could include that area, and he did not ask me to. Unfortunately he was already gone a little later when I thought about it. Please note on my next scheduled visit that the garage should be included! I also see what are perhaps some insect nests? under the rafters in the front of the house where I did note I had seen some problems but did not point out specifically. They are still there.
