Good customer service means calling 1/2 hr ahead as was preplanned with CSR so homeowner can meet the technician. 2-Hr window Is good but a heads up call is better. Seems like techs purposely avoid going inside ( hoping no one home) and just spray the outside so can leave quickly and payment is the same.
