Technician was nice & friendly but I was not happy with the service. First he left poison black box mouse traps on the floor when i specifically told him I have 4 pets & only want them in the drop ceiling. After he left I found them on the ground where my animals could’ve accessed them & immediately removed them. That’s a big problem! Secondly he left a BIG mess on my floor. I had to clean up after him, vacuum & sanitize everywhere he serviced inside my home. This was my 1st service & I wasn’t a good experience at all.
