I received a renewal invoice and chose not to renew (for many reasons including but not limited to inaccurate reporting, incompetent work, lack of knowledge and expertise, negligence, and well, because termites are worse than ever with your service despite all these meaningless reports you email misleading the customer about resolution)... yet, you keep sending the service technician. I asked Jordan today why he’s still coming if we didn’t renew the contract. He said the office sent him. Dealing with Bowman Termite & Pest Management has been a nightmare, and has literally cost us thousands of dollars due to their complete and utter mismanagement of our situation. When a Supervisor came months ago, he simply passed the buck on the employee blaming him for not knowing what he was doing thus making it OUR burden to bear, as the customer. We have zero trust or confidence in this company. Please remove us from your customer list.
