Appointment was overlooked on May 10th. I called in at 9am to verify the appointment and the lady confirmed the 8:30-10:00am appt. No one showed up. So i called in again and the lady said they had computer problems. The guy finally showed up after 11am sometime. He apologized for the inconvenience. Im still seeing a few roaches here and there but im also seeing dead ones. Hopefully they will be gone soon. Denise Glasgow.
