While the main issue was solved, Was severely disappointed that the person inspecting was different than the person doing the service. They did not do everything that was promised....still have wasp nests up in obvious areas, ( was told they would be knocked out ) still have a good amount of spiders, nats, and flies inside my home. I knew that the first spray would take time but this is kind of ridiculous. on top of the first service payment, we are now required to pay an additional service to come back every two months while I could do that my self, cheaper, with the same results. I would rather pay for one treatment when we need it than multiple treatments that are not affective or completed as promised.
