My technician (Anselmo) is GREAT, personality, professional, knowledge. He calls me when he is scheduled to come out to make sure the day and time are okay and make sure my dog is in the house. This is MORE THAN THE OFFICE STAFF DOES! I CALLED THE OFFICE ONE DAY WHEN I FOUND A SCORPION IN THE HOUSE TO REQUEST THEY CALL AND COME OUT TO SPRAY THE INSIDE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM OFFICE STAFF! HOWEVER WHEN ANSELMO MY TECHNICIAN HEARD ABOUT IT HE SCHEDULED A COME BACK TO SPRAY THE INSIDE AND I WAS OUT OF TOWN SO HE SAID HE WOULD FOLLOWUP WITH ME WHEN I RETURNED, he did and came out and sprayed inside and outside!
