I called a few weeks ago (July 16) because we have a wasp problem outside of our garage and we can’t find an obvious nest. Someone was supposed to come out on July 20 in the afternoon, as that was the first available appointment. No one came on the 20th. On the 21st, I got a voicemail saying that they were scheduled to come out on Tuesday (July 23) during a certain window. No one came on that day, either. I called again on July 23 and the first available visit was July 30. I guess someone came because I’ve been billed for it, but I wasn’t at home (and told the person I spoke to on the phone that I wouldn’t be there) and couldn’t ask for special attention to be paid to the area by our garage where we have wasps swarming. Person on the phone didn’t seem interested in expediting service after the first TWO appointments were missed. And I have no idea if anyone had it in the notes to look for wasp nests.
