Customer service was friendly and getting an appointment was fast, Tim was my inspector. he explained everything in detail suggesting what was needed. I had a question during Pest procedure and called him. (We all know how impossible it is to get someone on the phone) I didn't have to wait for a call back, he answered right away. I didn't get the Pest control man's name but he was very professional and patient with my concerns. Riley also did a great job with termite control. I didn't have to wait for an appointment. The inspection was done and service completed next day. Great Company very friendly and professional.
