Probably a bad time to ask me for the service I did not receive. Although Home Paramount scheduled the two-hour appointment windows without input, this past Saturday, the person failed to show up during the two-hour window. I had re-arranged my schedule to accommodate. The person did not show during the time window nor called to say the person was running late. I waited until 15 minutes after the window and had to leave. The person allegedly turned up 2 minutes after I left. When I called to complain about paying for service I did not receive, I was told I needed to speak to a manager and the manager would call me Monday. Yep, no call. I may become an ex-customer and then Home Paramount won't have to worry about poor reviews from me.
