Don’t respond to phone calls... still have bugs .... poor customer service.

Hi I understand you chatted with Kimberly today. I am sorry you feel this way. We have asked Keith, the Branch Manager to reach out to you today. We want to correct this issue. We log all our calls and messages so we want to get to the bottom of this issue so we can correct any logistic issues and of course we want to solve your pest problems.
