We are very pleased with the service we received. We were highly impressed by your technician, Stefan Estrada.
He was polite and respectful and very knowledgeable and thorough. Also, when he was finished, he did a great job of cleaning up around the outside of the house and putting back things that had been moved. He, himself, deserves the 5-star rating and is definitely a keeper. In the past, we have had a number of experiences with poorly trained service/technician people. It was wonderful to actually have someone of Stefan's caliber come.
