Regular scheduled service is on time and budget, emergencies addressed quickly, online billing and payment is great. Only issue is multiple locations billing service at the same amount on the same day makes the system think it's a duplicate and blocks it. Is there a better way to identify payments by location ID to prevent your system from seeing a "duplicate" that isn't a duplicate?
