Awful customer service. We used them for 2 years and they would spray for us quarterly. I called in October and left a message asking if they could please hold off coming for 2-3 months. They came anyways and billed me. I spoke with Alex and asked if it could be refunded since I specifically requested them not to come for a couple months. He refused. Needless to say, I canceled future services with them.
