My wife and I are retired. We invest much of our time (as possible) to travel, thus we are not available at our home to be provided with an "every 3 months" schedule. I called Lloyds the other day--to initiate this past extermination visit by Rick--and, also, to request a "treatment" program that would be every FOUR months (3 per year). I was informed that THIS type of program is not possible because the "computer only allows the 4 per year treatments". Huh? The "tail is now wagging the dog"? Why, I ask, does the computer NOT allow a "flexible extermination program"? I explained to the voice on the phone that rather than seek another company to provide this service to my home (I've been with you guys many, many, years) I will call you guys every 4 months, whether the computer likes it or not. It sounds silly to have to do this...but, this is the type of program I seek. Doesn't make sense, guys! Give out "flexible" programs, don't force us to buy into what YOU, as a company, prefer. When you call me on April 25, I'll not return the call until May 25....BINGO! I will have my "every 4 months" program....but, don't give my secret away to the computer! Thanks.
