This company is entirely professional. I had prior service from three extermination companies and they did not resolve my pest problem. J.P. McHale sent a K-9 dog to determine if there was still a problem. The dog indicated that I had the pests again. The very next day they sent an inspector to check my apartment. He was extremely thorough. No other inspector from the other companies looked for the pests. He did not find anything but these pests are hard to find when they are tiny. I got bit three times by the same bug. Based on the bites and the dog indicating positive for the pests, it was decided to move forward with treatment, that I also agreed was necessary. And, I am highly confident that the problem with these pests will be taken care of. I am looking forward to extermination day.
