My initial conversation with Roslyn went well. She explained how bed bugs work and the process required. How it different from placing a tent over the home. Very knowledgeable. What went wrong and improvement suggested.
- I revived the preparation sheet after extermination. Was promised but overlooked. - The scheduled time frame for technician to arrive differed from what technician said he would arrive. Robbie aka Robert indicate this is the time he was told. He was very adamant about it. Therefore it was no longer about the customer but about him. This does not equal a good customer experience. - Aside from 8:30 a.m., instead of the 9:30-10:30 window quoted by Roslyn, Robert didn't have patience with my elderly father or my cousin who was there to support my father through this process. I would not hire this technician based on placing his interest over the paying customer. Since this is the 1st step of this bed bug process, I'm hoping the customer experience will change for the better and my review will reflect it when I happens.
