Our Terminix team was very helpful, courteous and right on time! After Bishop (our consultant) left on Monday, he said we would hear from someone to schedule the appointment by Wednesday, but we heard back the very same day and they were here within the week! We have 2 kids and James was very helpful and explained our best options for what would work best for our bug problems and our family. He gave us his card in case we had any issues or questions. I recommend Bishop, James and the entire Terminix of Tidewater Team!
