The technician who cleaned my rugs was very nice.However, the stains did not come out. One stain was from spilled coffee. I was there when it happened and immediately used Perky as I did on the other 3 spots. The other 3 spots were from my dog throwing up. Again,I used Perky immediately. I felt I got out most of the spots with the Perky so I was sure the technician could get the remainder out. He was unable to. In my experience with Hydro Clean they usually get the stains out.I've been using Hydro Clean for years and have always been happy with the result. I am disappointed. I don't want to give a 2 star rating so I am giving a 3 but the stains are still there....
