I had a technician come a trap mice and a rat(!) due to some food stored in an overlooked closet. I cleaned up the food and no more rodents have appeared. Then I opted to start regular treatment every 90 days around the exterior of my house with additional treatment to kill fleas and ticks. I am very pleased with the price and the results.
