The technician who came for the treatment was very rude and ill mannered. He broke our bed and when I asked that the bed is broken , instead of appologizing or acknowledging he started to shout on me saying that the bed was anyways too old. He said , how we were using that cheap bed , it was so cheap that it broke with the weigth of the 'clothes' . I told him that we were using it. I was shocked by his behaviour . He said it is a piece of trash anyways . I was very disappointed by his behaviour.
I contacted Creg Todd to vent out my grievance, but he never took my phone nor called back after leaving many messages.
