When the guy showed up to treat the lawn, he was here for less than 10 minutes. We never saw him treat the back yard or any signs of treatment of the bushes. We called Joe 3 time and he said he would get them back to do a retreat. It’s now been a week and a half and still nothing. It may be time to dismiss pest bear and move on.
