We called because we had three different yellow jacket nests in the eaves of outbreaks house, in addition to other regular insects. The technician who came to the house was very friendly, courteous, and informative and he explained what we would be doing and why. By evening, the yellow jackets appeared to be gone, and we can rest assured that if we see more, Spectrum will come back to finish them off. VERY satisfied with our first experience.
