Asked our tech to remove the spider webs from our front bushes (as other techs have offered). He said he couldn't because he lent his spider web remover to another tech. Disappointed I asked what I was supposed to do, call back and have him come out again? He said he guessed he would come back later that day and do it. He did not return.
I also want to add that our tech never uses any kind of shoe cover when he enters our home, as every other tech does.
Starting to wonder if I need a new regular tech. Feels like I am not getting the kind of service others offer.
