It took almost a month to get them out here...I had spiders in my home and I needed them to spray, etc After leaving messages and calling to actually talk to 2-3 people at multiple different times; they finally come out mainly it was time on their "route" and they tell us they can not spray the inside My husband ask why and how come all the hassle we went through to get ya'll out that this was not mentioned! Actually the service guy did not know about spraying inside! They did not even communicate with him. Also we had been subject to their schedule of service not ours. They claim they can only come out on a Friday because on this one customer !🙄 So I ask them this one customer dictate for the rest of us! Gee I have a terminite bond on our home with you and I can not get a call back or a service which I am paying for. So there is my two cents; you asked!!!!
