Technician was not prepared for visit. Needed ladder to reach attic. I informed scheduler of this when setting up appointment. Different tech than scheduled. I am getting tired of ill prepared technicians and new ones all the time. He did not do a good job of spraying spaces. Too talkative as well. I will look for another company if things do not improve. I have been a customer for 20 years!!
