Jay came, he saw & apparently he conquered because I haven't seen any signs of a mouse in the house. Not even a little body in a trap. YEA!!! He or someone returns today for the follow up so we'll see how things went. I've also enjoyed speaking with Sue who sets up appointments & handles payments. She's very pleasant.
