I’m very happy with the quarterly checkups, happy with the annual termite control, but not as happy with the groundhog control. This is the second weekend no one came to close the traps. The deck was sealed off July 1st or 2nd and they did an awesome job, they explained the problem why they could not seal the shed and they were suppose to come back this week to finish, that did not happen. The gentleman that came were very nice and polite, no problem with them, the job is not done and no one called to coordinate a date.
