I would give the service zero stars if I could!!! The only person who was on time or even gave a call was the first guy for the estimate. I didn't receive calls that they were on the way. They sent me a bill and the work isn't even complete. They did all of the exclusion work and repairs and never set traps or bait. It wasn't until a service call was made that they even realized they didn't set traps. They they wanted me to wait 5 days to come out for the service call. I had to speak to a manager to get the time reduced to 3 days.
Completely disappointed!
