Nice young man arrived on time. Seemed knowledgeable, affable. Very thorough inspection. While i appreciated his enthusiasm, i was overwhelmed with the nightmare stories he told me about what he found under our house.
I decided to get a second opinion. The second company found only minor issues under the house, so i went with them.
