Been using Newport Exterminating for 25 years now and they always take good care of us. The yearly inspections give us a good idea if there are problem spots (or not). When problem spots do show up, they are ready to treat them. In the 25 years, they have only had to tent our house twice based on their findings. I would recommend them and everybody should have yearly inspections if living in Southern California.
