Actually NO! I was at my property at 8:15 the other morning to make sure I could let your technician inside to spray. I finally called the office at 11:40 to see if he was coming and he had already been at 9ish and sprayed outside. If he knocked at all it was not loud, because I stayed nearby so I did not miss him. Then he could not come right back and complete the job, so I had to make another appointment to do what could've been done that day. This happened before thru the years I've had your service. Maybe you could make it a NEW common practice to call the home owner when you arrive? Thank You!
