I was out of the country when you sent your email when you were coming so I never saw it nor heard the phone call the day before you came, and I didn't respond "confirm" on the phone call. Supposedly you came anyway however when I got home the week after you came 2 sides of my house had lines of ants coming up and into the walls or overhead. I called you and you said you're coming back at no cost to do it again. I think you shouldn't come without confirmation.
