The wasp nests were not removed from house exterior. As it so happens, the evening before the service, another technician from a different company knocked on my door, observing that the wasps nests were still present and asking who serviced my home. I thanked him and he left. My regular service happened the next day by chance, and I was billed, but I don't think that I've yet seen the customary email report or invoice.
