F&W had excellent, professional, prompt service and I would absolutely refer them to anyone who asked. The staff was always so friendly when I called or emailed and when the inspector, Mike, came to check out my moth problem, he was so knowledgable and gave me all my options up front. He was honest, kind and genuinely helpful. I had an all around really great experience with F&W and while pests definitely aren't a fun thing to deal with, they definitely made it a positive experience. Very refreshing to deal with a company who knows their stuff and are just people trying to help, not trying to make money off my situation.
