The inspection and subsequent extermination were carried out in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner; and there were no chemical odors that we could detect when we returned. I was concerned when our cat seemed to be feeling sick a day or two later and behaved unusually. It seems to have passed and I think we have another explanation for that. I did read online, however, that one of the ingredients of the spray, pyrethrin, is known to have toxicity for cats (although not for dogs). The bite-like itchy red blotches on my body continued after the treatment. I have been dealing with that by large scale washing and replacing clothing and thorough vacuuming. We could have been better prepared for this. I think it is now under control, but has caused stress.
