Invoiced for Saturday. Possibly serviced while we ran a few errands, but definitely not while we were home. No call before service. No sign in the yard. No hang tag on the door to prove service actually happened. No notes on the invoice about the condition of our yard or treatments applied as there typically are. Makes me suspicious service didn’t happen. Called the office and the representative was quite friendly and offered to send a tech out on Thursday again for no additional cost just to be sure since she seemed surprised there was no sign or hang tag. So I appreciate that. I will note, however, now that I’m looking back, this was the first service or invoice in over 10 weeks for monthly service. The back yard really needs treated for weeds.
