Troy the owner came out personally on NY Eve to inspect swarming which we suspected were termites. He instantly identified the insects as harmless citronella ants and not destructive termites, though he could have suggested full termite treatment. This kind of honest integrity and excellent customer service is why I’ll call Bugout next time we have a real infestation! We need more businesses to perform like Bugout. - a totally satisfied customer.
