We did not know someone was coming to our home before we set up an appointment! He came unannounced early in the morning. We did change our email address but you had on file our home address, land line phone number. Also, would like a letter letting us know our cost for this service for the year before the service is rendered. Was surprised that they no longer come inside the home for this yearly inspection...Our first time, a few years ago, termites was found in a bedroom baseboard...If not for this inside inspection, they would have gone without being detected alot longer....
